📋 Description

• Become a product and accounting subject-matter expert for customers and their accountants • Act as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help import accounting data into Pennylane to facilitate migrations • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to full resolution and ensure user satisfaction • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer help resources • Share accounting knowledge with colleagues • Relay customer feedback to product teams • Identify opportunities to improve the product and increase team efficiency • Lead projects that contribute to professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS PME-PMI Management Assistant, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally covering at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Excellent written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and provide outstanding service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; the employer does not sponsor visas
