📋 Description

• Act as a product and accounting expert for clients and accountants • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and triage accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex client requests • Create and update customer-facing help documentation • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-structured customer feedback to the Product teams • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to team efficiency • Lead projects that support professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Experience working directly with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Adaptability in response to rapid product changes • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France; Pennylane does not sponsor visas
