📋 Description

• Become a product and accounting expert for clients using Pennylane • Act as a liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues users encounter on a daily basis • Investigate requests and provide answers or solutions • Escalate issues to the technical teams when necessary • Help in-house and firm-based accountants integrate their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to full ticket resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-founded customer feedback to the product teams • Identify areas for improvement to increase team efficiency • Lead projects that support professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS PME-PMI Management Assistant, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes in the product • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
