📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and accountants using Pennylane • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues users encounter on a daily basis • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane and facilitate their migration • Continuously develop knowledge of the product, the company, its vision, and its departments • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update help resources to foster customer self-sufficiency • Share accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues • Relay structured customer feedback to the Product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax filing periods • Experience working directly with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Excellent written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Authorization to work in France required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
