📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and lead meetings with accounting firms, from project kickoff through lessons learned • Analyze business needs based on field feedback and migration experience • Write documentation and user stories • Lead workshops and webinars • Ensure migrations follow a clear, documented process • Adapt the approach to each situation while complying with existing processes • Communicate alignment between technical solutions and business needs • Act as the information liaison with the Back-office PSS team responsible for integration, fixes, and quality control • Contribute to configuring Pennylane according to accounting firms’ business processes • Participate in functional testing before migration • Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration • Conduct intermediate and final functional tests • Contribute to post-migration reports and recommend improvements • Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs • Monitor business-user satisfaction after each change • Maintain product and business knowledge through ongoing research • Recommend improvements and report gaps or malfunctions • Help turn business needs into actionable solutions • Understand the responsibilities of the Back-office PSS team and provide occasional production support when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: University Diploma in Business Administration (IUT GEA), BTS in Accounting and Management (BTS CGO), Diploma in Accounting and Management (DCG), Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management (DSCG), or Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Auditing (CCA) • Experience in an accounting firm • Ideally, experience participating in one or more migrations to new accounting software • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong service orientation and customer relationship skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid product changes • Eagerness to learn continuously and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments • Minimum A2 level of English
