📋 Description

• Be the owner of competitive intelligence at Pennylane • Define the right ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) for each market • Set an ambitious annual forecast by market and ensure rigorous reporting • Define and create the appropriate pricing offers for each market • Decide the positioning of each feature across our different plans • Establish our internal discount policy and define Commercial Operations • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to top management • Ensure the technical feasibility of implementing each offer (CRM, PL) • Provide business vision to Product Managers (PMs) • Collaborate closely with Enablement and Marketing teams to define the key messages for each major feature

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 successful years in a role such as Market Manager, Growth Manager, Head of Commercial Strategy, or Product Marketing Manager (PMM) • Strong knowledge of the SaaS and AI ecosystems • Interest in financial/management software, e-invoicing and their personas (CFOs, Accountants, Executives) • Impact-driven and pragmatic: able to create a roadmap, remove blockers and manage projects autonomously across multiple stakeholders (PMM, Pricing, Ops, Sales...) • Ability to prioritize based on business potential, build a business plan/forecast with sound assumptions, and strong proficiency with data tools (BI, Excel, AI) • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and Heads of Sales
