📋 Description

• Receive, categorize, and analyze user requests • Understand users’ challenges and business context • Provide clear, informative, and tailored responses • Track tickets through to full resolution • Escalate complex issues to the technical or product teams • Ensure a high level of service quality • Help in-house and public-practice accountants import their data into Pennylane • Understand the challenges involved in migrating from another accounting software solution • Identify issues and coordinate their resolution • Contribute to process and documentation improvements • Create and update user-facing help materials • Identify recurring questions and help customers become more self-sufficient • Share accounting knowledge with the team • Raise pain points and customer needs with the product teams • Suggest improvements to internal processes and tools • Progressively become a product and industry expert, identify areas for improvement, and lead projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing (CCA), or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm • Ideally, experience covering at least three tax seasons • Experience working directly with business owners is a plus • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the day-to-day realities of accounting firms • Interest in digital tools and new technologies • Self-motivation, curiosity, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written communication skills and a talent for explaining concepts clearly • Strong service orientation and ease in customer interactions • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly • Eagerness to learn and keep up with product developments • Professional English proficiency (reading, listening, and written communication) • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visa applications
