📋 Description

• Own an operational process that determines whether Joko users receive the cashback they are owed • Build dashboards to monitor transaction tracking, rewards, system breakdowns, and user experience • Design merchant setup processes, including cashback rates, qualifying purchases, and system connections • Investigate and resolve coupon payout issues and merchant-matching problems • Select solutions including AI automation, improvements to internal Retool tools, or outsourced human work • Manage outsourced team members by briefing, training, and reviewing their work • Prioritize multiple operational issues • Partner with Product and Engineering on structural fixes • Collaborate with the commercial team on merchant relationships • Report to the Offer Operations Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Around 2–5 years of experience, ideally with exposure to Operations, Product, or a technical/data-driven environment • Genuine use of AI to automate repetitive work and move faster • Systems-oriented operations mindset • Comfort with technical environments, tracking, APIs, and integrations • Data-driven analytical skills; ability to navigate dashboards, investigate anomalies, and make metric-based decisions • Strong attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Top-tier engineering or business school background • Fluent written and spoken English • Mastering French is not required • International experience and a double degree are a plus
