📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients using Pennylane • Serve as a liaison between client business owners, in-house accountants and accounting firms • Understand and investigate user issues on a daily basis • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to complete ticket resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay structured customer feedback to product teams • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to team efficiency • Lead projects that support professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS PME-PMI Management Assistant, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Ability to work independently, solve problems autonomously and find effective solutions • Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and provide excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to the tool’s rapid evolution • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France required; the company does not sponsor visas
