📋 Description

• Learn about the company, its vision, and its various departments • Identify stakeholders and collaborate with the team and different departments • Receive, qualify, and handle accounting-related requests • Respond to users and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Track requests through to the complete resolution of tickets • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Help accountants working in companies and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and practical experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with structured feedback on customer usage • Become a product expert and identify areas for improvement • Lead projects that contribute to professional development • Future opportunities to move into advanced support, account management, or customer implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Experience working directly with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative workplace tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the product • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
