📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients using Pennylane for their accounting and financial management • Serve as a liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Communicate with users daily and understand the issues they encounter • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help corporate and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer help materials • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with well-structured feedback on customer usage • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency • Lead projects that support professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting education or qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS PME-PMI Management Assistant, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with business leaders is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Authorization to work in France required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visa applications
