📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and accountants using Pennylane • Serve as the liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues users encounter in their day-to-day work • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to the technical teams when necessary • Help corporate and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay customer feedback to the Product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax-year-end periods • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France; Pennylane does not sponsor visa applications
