📋 Description

• Act as a business and platform expert for clients using Pennylane for their accounting and financial management • Serve as a liaison between client executives, their in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues users encounter in their day-to-day work • Investigate requests and provide answers or solutions, or escalate issues to the technical teams • Help corporate and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to complete ticket resolution and ensure user satisfaction • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update help resources to promote customer self-sufficiency • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with well-founded feedback on customer needs and usage patterns • Identify opportunities to improve the product and increase team efficiency • Lead projects that support professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business executive is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find effective solutions • Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact clearly and professionally with users • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the product • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Legally authorized to work in France; the company does not currently sponsor visas
