📋 Description

• Act as a product and accounting expert for clients and their accountants • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house and firm-based accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Train on the product, the company, and its various departments during the first three months • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Follow up on tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer support resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay structured customer feedback to the Product teams • Identify areas for improvement and increase team efficiency • Lead projects that contribute to professional development • Opportunity to progress into advanced support, account management, or customer implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS SME Management Assistant, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and professionally • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • The right to work in France is required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visa applications
