📋 Description

• Become a subject-matter and platform expert and the primary point of contact for customers using Pennylane • Respond to accounting-related requests, qualify them according to accounting principles, and provide prompt answers • Follow up on requests through to the complete resolution of tickets • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Investigate issues and provide solutions or escalate them to the technical teams • Help in-house and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane • Create and update customer-facing help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide the Product teams with structured feedback on customer usage • Identify opportunities for product improvement and increase team efficiency • Lead projects that contribute to professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm • Ideally, experience with at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Excellent written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France required; Pennylane does not sponsor visas
