📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for customers using Pennylane for their accounting and financial management • Serve as the liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues users encounter on a daily basis • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help corporate and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Complete Pennylane Academy training and learn about the product, the company, and its departments • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to full resolution • Handle customer requests of increasing complexity • Create and update help resources to promote customer self-service • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with well-structured feedback on customer usage • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Ability to work independently, solve problems autonomously, and find solutions • Professional working proficiency in English • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to users • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the tool • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Direct experience working with a business leader is a plus • No visa sponsorship available; the application form specifies that the company cannot hire outside Europe • The application form requires solid experience as an accountant in an accounting firm • The application form requires familiarity with ticketing or documentation tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Notion
