📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients using Pennylane • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane and facilitate their migration • Continuously develop knowledge of the product, the company, and its departments • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to complete ticket resolution • Handle customer requests of increasing complexity • Create and update customer-facing help materials • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Convey structured customer feedback to product teams • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Ability to work independently, solve problems autonomously, and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional working proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility in adapting to rapid product changes • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
