📋 Description

• Serve as the product and accounting expert for clients using Pennylane as their accounting and financial management software • Act as a liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Contact users daily and understand the issues they are experiencing • Investigate issues and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously learn about the product, the company, its vision, and its departments during the first three months • Receive, qualify, and handle accounting-related requests • Follow up on requests through to complete ticket resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer support resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-structured customer feedback to the Product teams • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency • Lead projects that support the team's development and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS SME Management Assistant, Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm • Ideally, experience covering at least three tax-year-end periods • Direct experience working with business owners is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional working proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the product • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
