📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 7 to 10 enterprise accounting firm partners (Top 150) • Maximize adoption, satisfaction, and retention of Pennylane • Lead relationships with decision-makers and project teams • Build and facilitate governance structures: steering committees, adoption committees, follow-up meetings, and communities of local champions • Define and execute data-driven adoption plans • Coordinate execution with Product, Support, Operations, and Sales teams • Anticipate risks and implement remediation plans • Advise accounting firms on communication, activation, and training for their small and mid-sized business clients • Integrate e-invoicing considerations into onboarding plans • Monitor post-deployment execution and recommend corrective actions • Track usage, identify improvement levers, and lead action plans • Maintain trusted relationships, set expectations, and deliver value • Roll out annual or semi-annual strategic action plans with partners • Monitor CSAT, adoption, governance, risks, and retention

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success with a solid accounting background, or in finance/audit with client relationship management experience • Excellent customer relationship skills • Assertiveness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade • Experience managing a portfolio and developing ad hoc action plans • Data analysis skills to derive insights and prioritize initiatives • Project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills • Rigorous, organized, and self-directed approach • Proficiency in English; the required level will be assessed according to the department • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment • Legally authorized to work in France; the company does not sponsor visas
