📋 Description

• Train implementers and partners on Pennylane’s product and deployment methodologies • Support partners during their first customer deployments through co-piloting until they become autonomous • Serve as a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) for self-sufficient partners • Manage partner relationships, develop their capabilities, and handle complex cases • Act as the functional expert for Pennylane modules • Lead ongoing training sessions and practical workshops • Ensure alignment between partners’ business needs and Pennylane’s features • Propose workarounds when necessary • Represent partner feedback and usage patterns to the Product, Support, and Sales teams • Share knowledge with peers • Contribute to partner autonomy, increased customer onboarding, reduced support escalations, and the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience deploying or implementing SaaS solutions at an implementation partner or software vendor (3+ years) • Strong understanding of accounting and financial management challenges faced by small and mid-sized businesses • Ability to train and support partners’ technical and business teams • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in accounting within the finance department of a small or mid-sized business or in an accounting firm will also be considered • Relevant qualifications include: DCG, BTS in Accounting and Management, BTS in Small Business Management Assistance, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • Comfortable advising implementation partners and resellers • Excellent teaching, collaboration, adaptability, and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service • Strong interest in technology and knowledge of fintech solutions on the market • Professional working proficiency in English • Right to work in France required; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas • Ability to work fluently in English
