📋 Description

• Act as a business and platform expert for clients using Pennylane • Serve as the liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Communicate daily with users and understand their issues • Investigate issues and provide answers or solutions • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously learn about the product, the company, and its departments • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to the complete resolution of tickets • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer help resources • Share accounting knowledge and field experience with colleagues • Represent the customer voice and usage patterns to product teams • Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency • Lead projects that contribute to professional development and product improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting background: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS SME Management Assistant, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with a business leader is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
