📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and accountants using Pennylane • Serve as a liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand the issues users encounter on a daily basis • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution • Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary • Help corporate and firm-based accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously train on the product, the company, and its departments during the first three months • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Follow up on tickets through to full resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update help resources to foster customer self-service • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Provide product teams with well-founded feedback on customer usage • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm • Ideally, experience with at least three tax-year closing periods • Direct experience working with a business leader is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication and teaching skills • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to the platform’s rapid evolution • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Right to work in France required; the company does not currently sponsor visas
