📋 Description

• Continuously discover users and their pain points through interviews, user research and data analysis • Define OKRs and roadmaps aligned with company objectives • Work closely with Product Designer and Product-centered engineers to build MVPs and iterate • Implement solutions, follow-up on implementation and future iterations • Share learnings and best practices within the product team • Recruit and mentor new PMs over time; increase responsibilities in project leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong user research skills and Product sense • Strong & structured communication skills • Ability to navigate and simplify complex problems • Hands-on and willing to step out of traditional product role • Past experience in Product management at a scale up or large tech company • Curious about accounting (experience not required) • Languages: full fluency in German (🇩🇪)
