📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and accountants • Serve as the liaison between business leaders, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide answers or solutions and escalate issues to the technical teams when necessary • Help in-house accountants and accounting firms import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Continuously learn about the product, the company, and its departments • Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests • Track tickets through to complete resolution • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer help resources • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues • Relay well-founded customer feedback to the product teams • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting education or training (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS SME Management Assistant, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Direct experience working with business leaders is a plus • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills and an ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while maintaining strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Must have the right to work in France; the company does not sponsor visas
