📋 Description

• Handle the most complex issues escalated by users and Support teams • Investigate bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional issues • Reproduce problems and identify their root causes • Classify incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams • Work with developers and the Product team to provide clear, actionable analyses • Use investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL • Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes • Share expertise with Support teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong accounting experience and an understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms and businesses • Experience handling complex issues requiring analysis and coordination • Comfortable with technical tools and troubleshooting technical issues • Clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Rigorous, self-sufficient, and curious • Knowledge of SQL is a plus, but not required • Legally authorized to work in France • Ability to work in English
