📋 Description

• Define and implement the business development strategy across web and digital channels • Design and roll out innovative digital marketing campaigns (web, social media, partnerships, etc.) • Optimize the end-to-end purchasing journey and user experience across e-commerce interfaces • Analyze behavioral data, surveys, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement • Coordinate the web marketing, sales, and technical teams involved in projects • Support the development of new online commercial solutions (websites, mobile applications, etc.) • Monitor activity and commercial performance indicators and prepare reports

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of solid experience in e-commerce and customer relations • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing technologies and practices (SEO/SEA, affiliate marketing, social media, data, etc.) • Proficiency in project management and web analytics tools • Proven ability to design innovative and creative digital commercial solutions • Strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Knowledge of claims-handling business processes is a plus
