📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship features across the platform, from architecture through production • Own components end-to-end, including performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability • Partner with product managers, security researchers, and other engineers to turn hard problems into shippable products • Lead the integration of AI capabilities (LLMs, agents) into the product where they create real user value • Drive adoption of modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot in daily workflows • Mentor the team to improve AI-driven development • Raise the bar on code quality, review culture, and technical decisions • Mentor other engineers and contribute to how the team works

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software • Strong fundamentals in software design, data structures, and system architecture • Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping features end-to-end, from initial architecture to production • Proven experience developing and integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, AI agents, or ML pipelines) into production systems • Comfort working across the stack and picking up new technologies quickly • Advanced proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) in real work, with the ability to lead AI-driven workflows across the team • Background in cybersecurity, offensive security, or infrastructure-heavy products • Experience in a high-growth startup environment • Open source contributions or technical writing
