📋 Description
• Develop features end-to-end • Work in a complex domain with a focus on clean design • Help shape the platform from dev setup to monitoring • Collaborate closely with developers through pairing and code reviews
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in autonomous product development in a B2B SaaS environment • Experience with complex domains, such as finance or insurance • Clear, structured communication in German (at least C1) and English • Remote-first experience while working closely with the team • Emphasis on solid fundamentals rather than chasing the next tech trend
