đź“‹ Description

• Develop and implement strategies for the development and retention of VIP players • Build VIP segmentation: analyze the database, identify high-value users, personalize the approach • Create and manage VIP programs from scratch: levels, bonus structures, exclusive privileges • Supervise a team of VIP managers (if available) or manage clients directly at the start • Develop personalized bonuses, campaigns, and events for VIPs • Analyze the activity of VIP users: gaming preferences, deposit activity, trigger events • Reduce churn, increase LTV, and maximize engagement of VIP audience • Closely collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, UX, and support teams • Continuously improve the customer experience based on feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with VIP clients in iGaming, betting, fintech, or luxury segments • Understanding of VIP player psychology, their motivations, and retention strategies • Experience in audience segmentation and creating personalized strategies • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence • Ability to work with data: analyzing customer behavior, identifying triggers • Experience in launching and managing VIP programs, bonuses, campaigns, and activations • Proficiency in English and Russian at least at Upper-Intermediate level • A Plus: Experience working in a startup or launching an operator from scratch • Deep understanding of gamification and loyalty programs • Experience working with CRM systems and automation platforms • Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, German, Arabic, etc.) – for global markets
