📋 Description
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation • Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities • Supervise accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance operations • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (MBA is a plus) • Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and corporate finance • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities • Experience in working with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
