• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support lead generation and brand growth. • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — from ideation and copywriting to design, launch, optimization, and reporting. • Create content and assets for digital marketing, including email campaigns, landing pages, ads, and social media. • CRM and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences, manage databases, and track campaign performance. • Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Manage and optimize paid media, email marketing, and organic campaigns. • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze results, and continuously refine strategies for better performance. • Stay current on industry trends, marketing best practices, and new tools to drive innovation.
• Proven experience in B2B services marketing, with a strong portfolio of executed campaigns. • Ability to work across strategy and hands-on execution, including copywriting and basic design. • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. • Strong skills in audience segmentation, data-driven marketing, and database management. • Creative thinker with excellent project management and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
