• This is a remote position. • Our client is not your typical technology investment firm. • They are builders, disruptors, and catalysts of digital transformation in Africa. • They don’t just invest in technology; they engineer it. • Their mission is clear: to create scalable, data-driven, end-to-end platforms that solve Africa’s most complex business and social challenges. • But at the core of their success is people; exceptional talent with the right incentives to innovate, execute, and push boundaries. • As an Analyst, Strategy & Growth you are integral in driving the organization's strategic objectives and growth initiatives. • You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the company's vision and goals. • You are required to have a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into strategic initiatives.
• 3-5 years experience in strategy, consulting, business intelligence, software technology start-ups, and/or investment banking. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. • Experience in software development and SDLC is a plus. • Proven ability to devise frameworks for diverse organizational challenges. • Demonstrated expertise in driving process enhancement initiatives. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and the ability to communicate insights via PowerPoint. • Proven track record in leading projects and managing resources effectively. • Ability to engage, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders across various business levels. • Demonstrated ability to incubate, execute, and evaluate new business initiatives. • Excellent communication, self-organization, critical thinking, collaboration, curiosity, dedication to excellence, and remote work capabilities. • Must be willing to travel occasionally.
