📋 Description
• Provide expertise in Workday HCM suite • Gather and document client business requirements • Design and configure the Workday solution • Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems • Assist in testing the Workday solution • Knowledge transfer to clients • Work with confidential client data conversion team • Assist integration consulting team in configuring/testing integrations • Mentor new consultants • Resolve complex tasks/requirements • Collaborate effectively on team-based projects • Maintain client satisfaction • Provide regular status reports • Suggest new approaches/tools for efficient deployment • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation • Identify problem components and construct scalable solutions • Contribute to continuous education culture among colleagues
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years implementing HCM solutions (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning) • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications • Demonstrated project management experience • Functional human resources experience • Passion for exceptional customer service • Ability to manage timelines and goals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training • Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus
