📋 Description

• Manage the convergence and merger project. • Design and structure financial and administrative processes. • Rollout and optimization of the Group ERP. • Financial management and management control (controlling). • Treasury and financing management. • Oversight of accounting, tax and regulatory compliance. • International structuring and development of the group model.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Audit or equivalent. • Minimum 10 years' experience in senior financial roles. • Significant experience in organizational transformation, mergers, integration or group structuring. • Strong experience in ERP deployment and digitization of financial processes. • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting tools. • Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English required.
