Its product and marketing focus is on digital businesses including e-commerce, marketplaces, travel, import/export and freelance platforms, with features aimed at high-value transfers, transparent pricing, and secure authentication.

📋 Description

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Peratera wallet platform • Define how the product should work externally: APIs, merchant integrations, end-user flows, and admin tools • Stay on top of Open Banking regulations, SEPA payment standards, and market trends • Work closely with the engineering team (architect, developers, QA) and operations to ship improvements • Collaborate with the COO on commercial priorities and merchant needs • Translate business and compliance requirements into clear, well-structured specs • Identify UX friction points and drive improvements that make the platform intuitive for merchants and their customers • Define acceptance criteria with the engineering team • Contribute to release quality gates and ensure features meet product standards before go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with customer-facing financial products (wallets, payments, Open Banking) • Background at a high-standard fintech B2B or B2C • Strong ability to translate business and compliance requirements into clear product specs • Experience defining APIs and working closely with backend engineering teams • Deep understanding of payment flows: onboarding, KYC, deposits, payouts, reconciliation • Familiarity with Open Banking, SEPA standards, and relevant regulatory landscape • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and commercial teams
