📋 Description

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of NAS projects in Alaska and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. • Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders. • Collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders, including the FAA client, Peraton workstream leadership, subcontractors and other 3rd party vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.; Minimum 16 years in lieu of a degree • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance • Proven technical leadership ability, including providing direction, facilitating working groups, and mentoring junior engineers. • Ability to obtain and maintain required FAA public trust security clearance/suitability determination. • Experience supporting FAA programs or National Airspace System (NAS) infrastructure projects. • PMP or equivalent program management certification. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Aviation Systems.
