📋 Description

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and/or traditional scoped application development • Build solutions beyond out-of-the-box functionality, including custom modules, data models, platform extensions, and service portal widgets • Experience in standing up and customizing a Service Portal • Clone, extend, and customize existing ServiceNow modules to meet customer-specific requirements • Develop workflows, automation, and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party platforms) • Write, test, and debug ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Fix Scripts) • Develop custom UI components (UI Pages, UI Actions, Service Portal elements) • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Collaborate with developers and team members within an Agile/DevSecOps environment • Work independently on development tasks and progress assigned work items through completion • Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow data structures (tables, dictionary, relationships, CMDB) • Configure and utilize MID Server for integrations and data movement • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and platform security configurations

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years experience with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD • Must be a US Citizen • Experience with developing Service Now custom applications • Experience with App Engine Studio • Experience with creating a ServicePortal application and maintaining widgets within ServicePortal • Experience working in a domain separated Environment • Experience with configuring and installing Service Now • Experience deploying new code using Update sets
