• We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in selling branded apparel on Amazon. • Seeking a Data Scientist to forecast future trends, optimize operations, and drive strategic decisions. • Handle all aspects of data analysis and scientific modeling. • Focus on forecasting business performance over 1, 3, and 5-year horizons. • Develop advanced predictive models, analyze complex datasets, and provide actionable insights.
🎯 Requirements
• Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in an e-commerce or Amazon-focused company. • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models for forecasting and predictive analysis. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and machine learning tools such as Python, R, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. • Strong background in statistical analysis and modeling techniques. • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Apparel Industry: Previous experience working with branded apparel products is a plus. • Amazon Expertise: In-depth understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, seller tools, and reporting capabilities. • Global Trend Analysis: Experience in analyzing global economic trends and their impact on business performance. • Risk Management: Knowledge of assessing and mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions, such as fabric shortages, natural disasters, and geopolitical events.
