📋 Description
• Soporte técnico a aplicaciones de misión crítica • Análisis y resolución de incidentes técnicos en entornos L2/L3 • Colaborar en la mejora continua de sistemas y procesos • Implementar soluciones y optimizar herramientas de soporte
🎯 Requirements
• Senior 5 años de experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones (Application/Production Support). • Experiencia en soporte técnico L2/L3. • Conocimientos en Linux/Unix y SQL (preferiblemente Oracle). • Experiencia en análisis y troubleshooting de aplicaciones Java. • Manejo de Microsoft Fabric y Power BI. • Experiencia en análisis de datos, reportería y resolución de incidentes. • Conocimiento en Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Inglés Conversacional.
