PerchPeek is a tech-enabled global relocation and mobility management company that provides a SaaS platform and app to manage end-to-end employee relocations. It offers relocation expense management, visa and home-finding support, coaching, and real-time tracking and reporting to HR and global mobility teams, aiming to reduce relocation costs and improve the relocator experience.

📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with relocators throughout their relocation journey as their main point of contact • Communicate through the PerchPeek app and consultative, supportive calls • Understand customer needs, explain relocation services, and provide expertise, guidance, and support • Handle difficult or complex enquiries and situations, escalating when appropriate • Provide expertise on relocation and life in the destination country • Support relocators with company relocation policies and relocation allowances • Recommend and coordinate additional services such as immigration, tax, and shipping providers • Maintain accurate and useful data for analysis, reporting, and insights • Support rollout of process improvements, processes, and tools • Delegate tasks to third-party consultants and monitor service delivery against SLAs • Identify and manage escalations, delivery issues, and inefficiencies • Guide relocators in using the Relocator App and its tools and content • Advocate for knowledge capture and contribute to the PerchPeek content library • Collaborate with other Relocation Coaches on problem-solving and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to live and work in Australia • Fluency in verbal and written English • Awareness or first-hand knowledge of Australia's major cities and lifestyle norms • Knowledge of additional APAC countries and local lifestyles is preferred • No prior relocation experience is required • Ability to build trusted customer relationships • Organised and efficient, with the ability to prioritise time across customer portfolios and relocation timelines • Eloquent and concise written and verbal communication • Ability to tailor communications to specific customers • Comfortable managing expectations and diplomatically handling concerns or objections • Strong focus on delivery and completion • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate recommendations • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to challenging customer needs • Resilience and adaptability • Highly autonomous and able to thrive in a 100% remote and independent working environment • Customer-focused approach • Previous experience in Global Mobility, Relocation, Customer Success, Concierge, Personal Assistant, Support, Operations, travel, hospitality, SaaS startups, or HR is helpful but not essential
