📋 Description

• Execute manual test cases • Document defects clearly • Write automation scripts • Apply API testing tools • Integrate tests in CI/CD • Understand system under test • Execute assigned test plans • Write own test plans • Manage test coverage • Manage QA environment integrity • Follow test standards • Ensure HIPAA test coverage • Participate in ceremonies • Partner with dev engineers • Collaborate with product team • Report defect status • Communicate test results • Write test documentation • Learn QA best practices • Understand release goals • Contribute to QA planning

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional QA engineering experience. • Hands-on experience executing test cases and documenting defects clearly. • Experience with test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration. • Understanding of QA methodologies and quality metrics. • Clear written and verbal communication, with a willingness to learn and act on feedback. • Experience testing in a HIPAA/HITRUST-regulated healthcare environment. • Performance and security testing experience. • Experience building test frameworks from the ground up.
