📋 Description
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in specific technologies, products, or services. • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure successful project delivery. • Serve as the primary technical resource and trusted advisor during pre-sales and post- sales engagements as needed. • Design scalable, innovative, and robust solutions tailored to client needs. • Able to problem-solve in sometimes pressurized and fast paced situations, providing a calm reassuring presence and managing conflicting requirements. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and support, to ensure client success. Provide guidance on product requirements, integration needs for the benefit of clients and Perforce. • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to development of best practices, documentation and reusable templates for future engagements.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects in a client-facing environment. • Proficiency in systems integration, architecture design, and performance analysis and optimization. • Strong programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, Java, Bash) and ability to develop integrations with other systems • Expertise in specific technologies relevant to the industry, e.g., cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps tools, networking, security, etc. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Strong leadership and mentoring experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Italian, French or German.
