📋 Description

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients. • Strategic Program Oversight: Set and track SMART goals (2–4 per client) with a goal of 75% success rate. • Recommend optimizations and promotional strategies aligned with client KPIs. • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Deliver weekly performance reports tailored to client needs. • Compliance & Tracking Management: Coordinate reversals and order inquiries with Compliance and clients. • Ensure all tracking platforms are functional and properly integrated. • Educate clients on tracking/reporting protocols. • Project & Team Coordination: Assign and track tasks for Partner Coordinators via Asana. • Contract & Revenue Management: Understand and manage client contracts, billing terms, and renewals. Proactively lead renewal negotiations with focus on pricing and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing or performance-based media • 2+ years in account/client management roles • Hands-on experience with affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, Rakuten, ShareASale, AWIN, Partnerize) • Strong analytical and communication skills • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce (CRM), Asana, Jira • Background in e-commerce, marketing analytics, or product feeds is a plus • Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities • Proven ability to lead with accountability in a remote-first environment
