• The Sales Performance Consultant enables and specializes in enhancing employee performance. • They assist companies in gaining maximum value from their people by designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative business-oriented solutions. • The Sales Performance Consultant is able to traverse and close large business deals excelling in both agile/startup and enterprise-wide organizations. • Collaborate with PDG’s sales and client services teams and clients to define the business objective, the assessment process, the identification of structural and cultural changes; and the learning recommendations required to achieve business objectives. • Create actionable solutions that solve client issues and link to our client's performance outcomes. • Plan and manage efforts to define organizational processes, capabilities, change management, application of key technologies, and performance metrics.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the areas of sales performance consulting, human performance technology, or change management • A minimum of 10 years of sales and commercial leadership experience in the life sciences industries • Expert-level facilitation skills and executive presence • Problem-solving methods and needs analysis • Diagnostic and assessment tools • Change management and leading transformation • Developing Measurement Strategies
