📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and requirements • Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, corporate content, and marketing campaigns • Create engaging motion graphics and animations • Ensure all projects meet the client's specifications and deadlines • Participate in monthly network feedback sessions to improve the quality of work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing and motion design experience • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) • Strong skills in motion graphics, 2D animation, and visual storytelling • Experience across multiple video formats: social media reels, explainer videos, corporate content, and promotional materials • Understanding of color grading, audio editing, and post-production workflows • Proven ability to translate concepts and scripts into engaging visual narratives • Experience with brand-consistent motion design and template creation • Knowledge of platform-specific video requirements (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) • Track record of delivering high-quality videos within tight deadlines • Understanding of video marketing principles and audience engagement strategies
