📋 Description

• Development of the MOA Insurance division • Management of tenders/RFPs: drafting proposals and participating in oral presentations • Identification of new business opportunities • Team management: involvement in recruitment, mentoring and supporting team members • Oversight of MOA projects, digital transformation initiatives, and IT audits • Contribution to knowledge capitalization (regulatory and technology watch)

🎯 Requirements

• More than 8 years of consulting experience on IT/system issues within the insurance sector • Strong knowledge of life insurance, savings, pensions and/or health and personal protection insurance • Strong experience in project management, Agile methodologies or V-model (waterfall) lifecycles • Familiarity with tools and vendors (Kelia, Solife, Graphtalk AIA, Cleva…) • Proven experience in business development
