📋 Description

‱ Sales Incentive Plan Administration: Support day-to-day administration of the SIP, including validating inputs, addressing discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed ‱ Partner with Finance and IT to maintain and improve systems and data quality ‱ Assist in quota/territory data tracking to support proper incentive calculations ‱ Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Support: Act as the first point of contact for commission-related inquiries, dispute resolution, and clarification of plan mechanics. Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. ‱ Data Management & Reporting: Run and validate reports related to payouts, performance, and exceptions. Support regular and ad hoc reporting needs for Finance, Sales, and leadership. ‱ Governance, Compliance & Audit: Identify risks and propose controls to improve accuracy and mitigate compliance gaps. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with global labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. ‱ 3-5 year experience in compensation, ideally with exposure to sales incentive programs. ‱ Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel. ‱ Experience with tools like Salesforce, Xactly, Forma.ai, or Anaplan is a strong plus. ‱ Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves frequent interaction with global stakeholders. ‱ Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills. ‱ Experience with compensation systems and process improvement. ‱ Exposure to sales quota and territory management concepts. ‱ Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ‱ Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and work independently under pressure.
