• Lead a team of regional experts to drive market-level activation strategies. • Central to media-to-shelf transformation, ensuring national brand programs are locally relevant. • Be the voice of the market, translating insights into action and driving profitable growth. • Oversee localization and customization of national programs. • Maintain top-to-top connections with Division GMs and distributor management. • Lead and mentor Field Marketing Managers, supporting career growth.
• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Marketing or Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. • 10–15 years of experience in marketing, trade/retail management, or brand roles with exposure to brand building and sales. • Proven ability to create local activation strategies and drive commercial planning. • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
