• Own net sales performance and execution across the on-premise channel, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and KPIs. • Lead local planning and execution with distributor partners, resolving issues and ensuring consistent communication and compliance. • Train, motivate, and develop distributor sales teams to achieve targets through data-driven selling and flawless execution. • Manage key account strategy, vet account lists, and assign resources to high-potential outlets. • Utilize dashboards to monitor team productivity and effectiveness against brand programs and KPIs. • Provide guidance on activation spend and confirm ROI within budget guardrails. • Attend distributor meetings and collaborate on key account performance and market intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. • 5–7 years of experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods sales, with proven success managing distributor relationships. • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Experience in field-based roles with flexibility to attend evening promotions and activations. • Proficiency in data tools and performance tracking platforms.
