• Lead the day-to-day project management of EIA's and similar consenting and compliance programmes. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including environmental consultants, planners, land agents, legal advisors and technical specialists. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and risk registers. • Manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships, including clients, local authorities, statutory consultees, consultants, and landowners. • Support the preparation and submission of planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs). • Report regularly on project progress, budget, and key risks to senior stakeholders.
• UK based EIA and project management experience is essential. • Proven experience managing complex projects from conception through to completion. • Experience within energy infrastructure projects is of interest, but definitely not essential. • Understanding of the UK planning system, EIA regulations, and land acquisition processes. • Project management qualifications (e.g. APM, PRINCE2) desirable but not essential. • Able to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects.
