• Own strategic relationships with trust, identity, and infrastructure partners across Europe, including onboarding, governance, operational performance, and commercial alignment. • Lead complex customer implementations involving digital identity, trust, and verification capabilities. • Build the documentation, playbooks, and operating systems that allow the business to scale efficiently. • Translate evolving regulatory and ecosystem developments into actionable plans with clear owners and timelines. • Represent Persona in emerging identity ecosystems and strategic industry initiatives. • Consolidate fragmented workstreams into well-run programs with clear accountability and visibility. • Identify opportunities to automate, productize, or simplify operational processes. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to bring new capabilities to market.
• 4+ years of experience in program management, product management, partnerships, operations, or a similar role. • Experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly. • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or strategic relationships. • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where not every process already exists. • Strong organizational and execution skills without becoming overly process-driven. • Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to accelerate research, communication, analysis, or execution. • A product mindset—you naturally look for opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale.
